Just popping in... checked out some blogs... hope everyone is doing well.
Ok here, wickedly busy. Work is taking up most of my time. Blew some life into my book club, so that's good. We're reading The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time (I have already finished it) and I highly recommend it. Been writing some too.
Argued with Mr. G. this evening about humans "losing control" vs. "choosing to lose control" (inspired by the book club book). That was frustrating. *wry smile*
So not much else to share. Life's busy and not necessarily interesting.

Long story short: I just decided to once again lean over and press the "on" button on MY laptop! It came to life - web pages still open... as if there had never been any problem! Could this be a result of counting my blessings?

...oh and today this really sweet Board member snagged me as I was walking by the copier and said: Tracy, can you help me work this? It's not copying...
She pressed the "start" button. Nothing.
I leaned over, and pressed the "start" button. Copy was made. *grin*
I smiled and started walking... she called, now how did you do that??
I wiggled me finger and she added, what are you, a witch?
I laughed: I've been called worse!

Things are good... a little crazed. It's the start of summer break, so we're all a little out of sorts.
